Sponsor EFT File Update

The TPA was notified of sixty-eight bank account changes that needed to be made to the current EFT file. We received one new addition that was also added to the file. These changes/additions were made and a new file was distributed today, April 24, 2015. Please check your CGDP mailbox to confirm receipt. For these sixty-nine records that resulted in a bank account information change, we have updated the banking information, and the EFT Effective Date column with 04/24/2015.
